Fire and Smoke Cleanup in Lafayette
The Before Photo depicts a smoke-stained and odor filled service area of a commercial building in Lafayette. Luckily, no structural damage occurred during this fire that was put out quickly by the maintenance man on the premises. The concrete block service corridor was contained with sheeting to prevent the migration of odorous particulates to the building at large. The black stains on the marred infrastructure materials were "ice blasted" off with a pressurized carbon dioxide pellet delivery system. This leaves no watery cleanup and does not soak the exposed studs. Our Fire & Smoke Damage FST technicians then set up several hydroxyl generators that worked through the night to eliminate the residual airborne odor molecules. The management company was very pleased with how normal building activities could continue with no hint of the hidden smoke event. We do it right!
