I had SERVPRO come to my house in West Lafayette and preform a HVAC clean. The technicians who came were very professional and polite. Excellent Service! The carpet in Wolf Park's conference center needed to be cleaned asap for a big event. We were under pressure. After having a minor house fire a while ago, we decided to go with SERVPRO for the post-disaster cleanup. I was very impressed with their team's ability to quickly and efficiently take care of my home cleaning and repairs. Their general manager, Greg Thomas, was very communicative about the scope of work and was very helpful throughout the whole process. His crew, consisting of Shelby and Cambrie, were very friendly, punctual and always gave me advance notice when they were on their way over as well as giving me status updates before leaving every day.
