Lafayette Hotel Dining Room Gets Flooded

A broken water main deposited water on the entire surface of this commercial grade carpeting to this Lafayette hotel. We were called in to fix the problem as quickly and with minimal disruption to the guests. We used portable, and a truck-mounted pumps to extract the water from the short-napped fibers. We then set up low-grain, powerful dehumidifiers to capture the lingering air moisture to dry out the affected dining room further. Our technicians placed foil barriers between the chair and table legs and the carpeting to preserve both from any water damage.
